VCPK is hiring Inbound Patient Care Specialists to join our team!
📌 Job Details
💼 Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
💰 Salary: PKR 140,000 – 175,000
📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Ex Parkview, Lahore
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (Eastern Time – EST)
🚀 Due to operational requirements Immediate joiners will be given a preference.
❌ Candidates with only billing experience will not be considered. Refrain from applying.
📌 Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (EST)
• 2–3 years of inbound call center experience handling patient care is mandatory
• 2–3 years of BPO experience in patient care is essential.
