We’re Hiring – Import Officer (Lahore)
UPS Pakistan ASC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Officer to join our Lahore team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day import operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely coordination across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process imports documentation and airway bills accurately.
Coordinate with customs, operations, and relevant authorities for smooth clearance of shipments.
Ensure adherence to import regulations, policies, and procedures.
Maintain shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
Address customer queries, discrepancies, and claims related to imports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless import operations.
Shift: Night
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in import operations (logistics/courier industry preferred).
Good understanding of customs regulations and import procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
