Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.

- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in performance management processes.

- Address employee queries and provide HR support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1-2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT/Medical Billing industry).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
