E-strats is looking for a motivated HR Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn about hiring operations and grow into a management position.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: PWD, Islamabad (Onsite)
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
- Proactively finding candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
-Scheduling deep-dive interviews between candidates and Department Heads
-Maintaining a "talent pool" of great people for future openings
-Manage day-to-day tasks
-Assists in research, reporting, and documentation
-Help streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Bachelorโs degree is mandatoryย

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
