We are currently seeking an HR Operations Executive to streamline our HR operations and contribute to our growth and efficiency.
The HR Operations Executive at ๐๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ฆ will play a crucial role in supporting our teams through a variety of executive tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage human resource operations.

Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Design compensation and benefits packages.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Assist in creating and formatting presentations, and reports.

BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
