Job Summary:
The HR Officer will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, attendance and leave coordination, HR documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
2: Support onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
3: Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
4: Prepare HR letters, confirmations, and documentation.
5: Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance activities.
6: Handle employee HR-related queries professionally.
Requirements:
1: BBA / MBA / MS in HRM or a related field.
2: 2-3 year of experience in HR operations (preferred).
3: Good command of MS Excel and documentation.
4: Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
