Innovative Biscuits (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently hiring for the position of HR Officer.
Requirements:
BBA (HR) or Equivalent degree
2-4 years of relevant experience
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Identifying potential candidates and conducting initial screening.
Coordinating with hiring and scheduling interviews.
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Assisting in developing training programs.
Issuing all HR-related letters.
Performing all HR operational tasks from employee induction to employee exit.
