Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR & Marketing Officer to join our Islamic Educational Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resource functions, recruitment, staff coordination, and performance management, as well as planning and executing marketing activities to promote the institute’s educational programs and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional guidelines.

Oversee staff attendance, discipline, and performance management.

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the institute locally and regionally.

Build relationships with the community to strengthen the institute’s reputation.

Design and manage promotional campaigns (online & offline).

Support the administration in day-to-day HR and marketing tasks.

Ensure all activities align with the institute’s Islamic values and mission.

Requirements:

Graduate in BBA, HR, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.

Proven experience in HR and marketing roles.

Age: 25–30 years (married candidates preferred).

Must be proactive, energetic, and community-oriented.
