VideosGeeks is looking for an experienced and dynamic #HRManager to oversee all aspects of HR within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture and fostering a productive, engaging, and inclusive workplace.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Experience with HR software/tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
