We’re Hiring: HR Manager (5 Years Experience)
Devsorb is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations in a fast-growing IT company environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Lead talent acquisition, especially for technical roles
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership
Requirements
5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in an IT/software company)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
