Position: HR Generalist (Male)
📍 Location: F-6/2 Head Office, Islamabad

Headstart School Islamabad is looking for a proactive, driven, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. This is a mid–senior level role, ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about people operations, compliance, and organizational development. Candidates with prior experience in the education/school sector will be preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Employee relations & internal communication
HR operations, documentation & compliance
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination support
Performance management support
HR reporting & analytics
Training & development coordination
HR records, HRIS & database management
Employee engagement initiatives
Exit processes & clearances
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business
5–6 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in a school/education setup preferred
Strong understanding of HR policies & processes
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Hands-on experience with HR software / HRIS
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP HCM (or similar) is a plus
HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an advantage
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
