What You’ll Do:

- Oversee recruitment & onboarding to create a great employee experience.
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, handling concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Support performance reviews, goal setting & employee development.
- Manage HR operations, documentation & benefits.
- Monitor attendance and ensure timely ERP updates.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- At least 4-5years of HR/operations experience.
- Strong HR knowledge, organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office.
