Job Title: HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi.

Experience: 3–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Timing: 12 PM- 9 PM 

Job Summary

Icon Group of Companies is seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in bulk hiring for international sales roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk hiring for international sales profiles (US B2B/B2C, etc.)

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partnerships

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR reporting

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of sales hiring experience, preferably international sales

Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for night shifts/international markets

BBA/ MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
