Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits) to support end-to-end C&B operations and provide partial support to the Performance team, including grievance facilitation. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Salary : 55k -65k
Shift - 3pm till 12:00AM (Monday - Friday)

๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Process payroll, allowances, reimbursements, and statutory benefits
Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRMS
Manage PF, medical insurance, and other employee benefit enrollments
Handle employee C&B queries and support grievance sessions
Assist with performance reports and HR metrics
Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
1โ2 years of HR operations experience (C&B exposure required; BPO experience preferred)
Bachelorโs degree or higher
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
