Premium Textile Mills Ltd. is looking to hire an HR Executive who is ready to join immediately.
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training calendars
Plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, onboarding, recognition, surveys)
Support HR documentation and policy updates
Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and HR
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in textile/manufacturing)
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
Ability to multitask and work independently
