Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Embroidery Unit, Korangi - Karachi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, HR software (Decibel), and factory/unit-level HR operations within the textile or garment industry.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 3โ4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a textile, garment, embroidery, or manufacturing unit.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Manage daily HR operations of the embroidery unit.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime and deductions.
- Operate and manage Decibel HR software for attendance and payroll - management.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, confirmations, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with production and unit management regarding manpower planning.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
- Maintain proper HR records and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.
