TechPartner is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. This role involves managing recruitment activities, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
โข Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
โข Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
โข Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
โข Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
โข Handle employee queries related to HR operations
โข Assist in payroll coordination and basic HR reporting
โข Contribute to employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
โข Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred
โข Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
โข Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
โข Proficiency in MS Office tools
