🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or relevant field
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including screening, scheduling, and coordination
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring and HR requirements
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle basic employee queries and HR operations support
• Prepare HR reports and manage daily administrative tasks
🔍 Requirements:
• Maximum 1 year of experience in HR or a related role
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
