WorkTech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐: 8am - 5pm
๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Johar Town, LHR
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
๐ญ. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
๐ฎ. Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
๐ฏ. Implement and update HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
๐ฐ. Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
๐ฑ. Handle employee relations, queries, and day-to-day HR operations
๐ฒ. Assist in organizing trainings, events, and internal communications
๐ฆ๐ต๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
ย โข 6 months โ 1 year of experience in an HR role
ย โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ย โข Good knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
ย โข Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
ย โข Highly organized with strong attention to detail
