Position: HR Executive
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Experience: 0-2 years
TechClan is looking for a confident and proactive HR Executive who will lead recruitment and support core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who’s ready to take ownership and grow fast.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, coordination)
• Work closely with hiring managers for workforce needs
• Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance & leave management
• Support payroll inputs and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of HR experience
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
