We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our business growth.

⚫ Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, designers, IT specialists).

✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

✅ Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

✅ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.

✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ Support other HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

⚫ Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ Up to 1 year of proven experience in technical recruitment.

✅ Strong understanding of IT/technical job profiles and market trends.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job portals, etc.).

✅ Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
