Edenrobe is Hiring – HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits)
📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi
Edenrobe is looking for a passionate HR Executive (C&B) to join our team. The role involves managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and full & final settlements with accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to generate insights that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
🔹 Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll (preferably in a related industry)
Skills:
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel
✔ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of HR policies, compensation structures & benefits administration
