QMCC is hiring for HR Engagement Analyst:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The HR Engagement Analyst supports employee engagement initiatives and provides generalist HR services within the department. This role combines data-driven analysis with hands-on HR Leadership support to improve employee experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and analyze engagement survey data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Support development and execution of engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
Act as first point of contact for retail employee inquiries.
Coordinate training sessions and track completion.
Prepare and deliver engagement metrics to HR leadership.
Qualifications
MBA Major in Human Resources or related field.
HR experience, including exposure to engagement programs and generalist duties.
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with survey platforms and data visualization tools.
HR Designation or equivalent designation (or working toward it).
Working Conditions
Remote work environment.
