Hustle N Holla is growing, and we’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can help us build the right team for the next phase of our journey.
Location: Gajju Matta, Lahore
Industry: Fashion / Apparel
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (preferably in fashion or retail)
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
• Ability to hire across departments (design, production, operations, retail, ecommerce, warehouse, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in HR administration
• Managing onboarding, documentation, policies, and employee records
• Building structured hiring processes
• Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning
• Someone proactive, organized, and growth-driven
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Developing job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Managing HR operations and admin tasks
• Improving internal HR systems and processes
• Supporting company culture and performance management
