Head of Talent Management

🌟 We’re Hiring: Head of Talent Management (Manager / Sr. Manager Level)
Adamjee Textile Mills, one of Pakistan’s most established and progressive textile organizations, is looking for a highly motivated professional to lead our Talent Management portfolio. This role is critical in shaping the future of our workforce, driving employee growth, and building a culture of performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement talent management frameworks aligned with business priorities
• Lead succession planning, leadership development & employee engagement initiatives
• Strengthen performance management systems to build a high-performance culture
• Partner with HR & business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent
• Develop strategies for employee retention, learning & career growth
• Align practices with industry best standards to support organizational excellence

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience (Talent Management, L&D, or OD)
• Proven track record of rolling out large-scale HR/talent initiatives
• Strong communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• MBA/MPA in HR (SHRM/CHRP certifications preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: PKR 200,000 – 300,000
