Position: Head of Internal Audit

Location: Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan

Industry: Asset Management / Financial Services

Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior Management

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory).

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years in a

senior internal audit role within the financial services or asset management

sector.

- Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, investment management,

compliance, and risk frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- High level of integrity, independence, and professionalism.
