About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of proven HR leadership experience, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, build a high-performing workforce, and drive a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

Lead organizational development initiatives to foster growth and productivity.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Design and execute training, development, and succession planning programs.

Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team.

Partner with senior leadership to shape company culture and employee engagement.

Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

15+ years of professional HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage change and implement HR transformation initiatives.

Experience in handling large teams and diverse workforces.
