Location: Airport - Karachi
An established and growing organization is seeking a dynamic and hospitality experienced individual to lead strategic HR functions, optimize people processes and drive organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in talent management, organizational planning, and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and streamline the recruitment and selection process to eliminate delays and improve hiring efficiency.
· Build and maintain a centralized, structured talent database to support current and future workforce planning.
· Conduct skills gap analyses and implement targeted training and development programs to upskill employees in both technical and soft skills.
· Design and execute robust talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Champion employee engagement and cultural development through structured soft skill initiatives.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives and support overall growth.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Key Focus Areas:
· Eliminate delays in the hiring process through process refinement and better coordination.
· Implement and maintain a scalable Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or database for efficient employee data management.
· Develop structured learning paths for emerging roles and critical skill areas.
· Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance through proactive HR programs.
· Promote a people-first workplace culture with measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and team dynamics.
· Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions.
Requirements:
· Master’s or Bachelor's degree and Professional Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of HR systems, recruitment strategies, performance management, and training & development.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
· Experience in change management, strategic planning, and culture building will be an advantage.
