Job Title: Head of Admin & Security

Location: Hub, Balochistan 

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced & motivated individual as Head of Admin & Security (grade to be decided as per qualification & experience). The selected candidate will be required to stay at the plant and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets through effective implementation of security measures and protocols. Family accommodation will be provided at site in case of stay at plant.

Key Responsibilities:

·        To supervise the overall Factory Administration under the guidance of General Manager IR& Administration. 

·        To look after the employees Canteen and Mess affairs.

·        Estate Management in Factory & housing colony.

·        To supervise the horticulture activities at plant and colony area

·        To manage and control the factory transport pool and arrangements of employees pick / drop from their designated points. 

·        Develop, implement, and monitor plant security policies, procedures, and protocols.

·        Supervise and manage security staff and contracted services.

·        Ensure 24/7 surveillance, access control, and perimeter protection of the facility.

·        Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, government departments, and community stakeholders.

·        Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.

·        Lead incident response and crisis management during emergencies.

·        Train and build the capacity of the security team.

Requirements:

·        Retired Armed Forces / Police Officer (Major / Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank preferred).

·        At least 05-10 years of proven security management experience, preferably in industrial, plant, or critical infrastructure facility.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

·        Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technologies, gadgets and emergency response protocols.
