Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory accounts, cost control, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses)
Manage factory costing, inventory, and stock records
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Coordinate with auditors and management
Manage payroll and factory expense tracking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years experience as an accountant (factory/manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, ERP)
Good command of MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest, organized, and reliable
