🏨 Job Opportunity – Front Desk Officer (Male & Female)
Location: Lahore
Hotel D Gates, a 4-star hospitality destination in Lahore, is seeking dynamic and well-groomed Front Desk Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Maintain guest records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Presentable personality with professional grooming.
Computer literacy (MS Office, hotel software Munshi 10 preferred).
Prior experience in hospitality will be an advantage.
