🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients
• Handle patient communication and scheduling support
• Triage incoming requests and track follow ups
• Coordinate closely with clinicians to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a seamless and supportive patient experience
🔍 Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Patient Service Representative, Care Coordinator, or similar role in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, and confidentiality
• Excellent spoken and written English for U.S. based patient communication
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
