Assistant Manager - Warehousing & Logistics

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Warehousing & Logistics to support efficient inventory control, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations through strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily with regional warehouses to ensure accurate stock reconciliation and timely reporting.

 - Monitor inventory levels, aging, and stock movement across all warehouses.

 - Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations remotely and resolve operational issues with 3PL partners.

 - Ensure timely submission of stock reports, KPIs, and audit-related documentation.

 - Support transportation rate negotiations with transporters and logistics partners.

 - Assist in transportation costing, budgeting, and cost variance analysis.

 - Prepare transportation and inventory analysis reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations

 - Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes

 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with exposure to SAP or ERP systems preferred
