CAREER OPPORTUNITY - FLOOR MANAGER

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Floor Manager.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
• Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
• Training of staff on a regular basis.
• Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
• From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
• Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
• Lead the team and sections under one department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 – 6 years of experience in a well – known Retail brand.
• Education: Minimum Bachelors.
• People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas & functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
