Sera Pakistan is looking for an experienced and quality-driven professional to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Finishing Supervisor

📍 Location: Faisalabad Factory Site

💼 Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage semi-inspection and finishing processes of sanitary ware production.

Ensure quality compliance of semi-finished and finished products through systematic inspection and defect control.

Identify, analyse, and resolve defects such as cracks, pinholes, bumps, glaze defects, surface marks, and war page.

Lead and train casting and finishing department teams to meet production targets with required quality standards.

Maintain inspection records, defect reports, and quality logs; conduct sampling as per AQL standards.

Coordinate closely with Engineering & Maintenance for smooth machinery operation and timely repairs.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety protocols.

Manage manpower planning, staff performance appraisal, on-job training, and workforce optimization.

Use MS Office tools for reporting, inspection standards, and production data analysis.

Requirements:

🎓 Education:

DAE / B.Tech in Ceramic Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

🧠 Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in sanitary ware or ceramic manufacturing

Strong exposure to Semi-Inspection & Finishing Department

Skills:

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Quality mindset with attention to detail

Effective communication and team management skills
