Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

What you need to succeed at this role:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify root causes of business performance gaps and propose corrective actions
- Prepare management presentations and reports
What we're looking for:
- CA/ ACCA/ MBA/ Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years' relevant industry experience (preferably in a manufacturing concern)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
