Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Provident Fund (PF) Ledger accurately and on a timely basis
Record Both contributions.
Ensure reconciliation of PF records with payroll and bank statements
Handle accounting operations using QuickBooks.
Vender Management.
Post vouchers, journal entries, payments, and receipts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Maintain proper financial documentation and records
Support monthly closing and reporting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / BBA (Finance) / CA (Inter / CAF) / ACCA (Part Qualified)
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounts experience
Hands-on experience in Provident Fund Ledger maintenance is mandatory
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Sound understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in MS Excel
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
