SEFAM Pvt Ltd. is looking for Fashion Designer - Eastern Menswear for Shahnameh.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create design sketches by hand or using CAD software, and develop mood boards with color schemes, fabric swatches, and trims to communicate ideas.
· Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for garments, ensuring clarity for pattern makers and production teams. Must know how to make production tech packs
· Source, select, and purchase fabrics, trims, and other materials, considering texture, weight, and color.
· Develop patterns, oversee the creation of sample garments, and manage the production process to maintain quality and meet timelines.
· Conduct and attend fittings, providing feedback on garment construction and fit, and making necessary adjustments to designs.
· The ability to research and stay updated on current fashion trends and market needs.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
Candidates holding Fashion Design graduate degree preferably from PIFD with work experience of 2 to 3 years are encouraged to apply at careers@sefam.com by mentioning position title in the subject line.
