Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop creative and trend-right designs for men’s and boys’ western woven wear (shirts, trousers, jackets, etc.).

🔹 Create mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concepts aligned with brand identity.

🔹 Work closely with merchandisers and production teams to translate designs into samples and final products.

🔹 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.

🔹 Ensure designs are commercially viable, cost-effective, and delivered within timelines.

🔹 Review and approve fabric, trims, and fittings for woven categories.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design or related field.

✔ 2–4 years of experience in men’s and boys’ western wear (woven category).

✔ Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.

✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software.

✔ Creative thinker with a keen sense of market trends and customer preferences.

✔ Excellent communication skills.
