Dairyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage our export operations

🌍 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
The Export Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of export operations, managing the Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), and ensuring compliance with Pakistan Customs regulations and international trade laws. The role also involves close coordination with regulatory authorities, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders to support our growing global footprint.

📌 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1. Manage and execute all export documentation in compliance with Pakistan Customs and international trade regulations.
2. Administer and maintain the Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with SRO requirements.
3. Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inspection agencies for smooth operations.
4. Handle export operations for FMCG products including dairy, beverages, snacks, and other fast-moving consumer goods.
5. Ensure compliance with trade laws, HS codes, and tariff structures while staying updated with changing regulations.
6. Maintain strong liaison with TDAP, SBP, Customs, Chambers of Commerce, and other regulatory authorities.
7. Prepare and review export documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
8. Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively address supply chain and logistics risks.
9. Collaborate with finance to manage export proceeds realization, rebate claims, and EFS reconciliation.
10. Ensure proper utilization of ERP systems and MS Office tools for record-keeping, reporting, and analysis.
11. Support sales and business development teams in exploring new export markets.
