About the Role
Feroze1888 is seeking a reliable and hands-on Workshop Incharge to support daily operations, maintain tools and equipment, and assist in fabrication and assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities
. Supervise fabrication, lathe, tinsmith, and related workshop operations.
. Plan, analyze, and monitor work within the workshop and other departments.
. Maintain records of all jobs assigned to technicians.
. Schedule and record preventive maintenance of machines and accessories.
. Oversee welding, cutting, and painting tasks in the workshop and other areas.
. Resolve service desk complaints and track recurring issues.
. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower for efficient performance.
. Supervise installation, dismantling, and in-house project activities.
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve daily issues.
. Raise move orders and PRs in Oracle for machine/equipment maintenance.
. Work with procurement to ensure the timely delivery of components.
. Review and analyze monthly budgets and report variances.

Requirements
Education: DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) or B.Tech in a relevant field.
1–3 years of workshop or technical experience.
Skilled with hand and power tools.
Safety-conscious, organized, and a good team player.
