𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: SITE, Super Highway Phase 2, Scheme 33, Karachi.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

◽ Manage and maintain healthy relationships between employees, unions, and management.
◽ Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
◽ Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
◽ Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
◽ Prepare and maintain IR-related documentation and reports.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
◽ Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or related field.
◽ 2–3 years of relevant experience.
◽ Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
◽ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
