𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Executive - Electronics

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: Utopia Industries

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: SITE, Superhighway, Scheme 33, Phase 2, Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Automation Systems

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens & Delta)

Operate and monitor SCADA systems for alarms, trends, and various Data.

Design Automation & SCADA Systems as required by the departmental needs.

Support DCS-based process control and basic configuration activities

Troubleshoot Electrical, electronic, and automation faults

Work with field devices such as sensors, actuators, encoders, VFDs, temperature controllers, and control panels

Read, understand, and update electrical drawings and control schematics

Coordinate with maintenance teams, and OEMs for smooth plant operation

Prepare reports, backups, and documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Education: BE Electronics.

Experience: 2~4 Years (Minimum 2 Years in Textile Industry).

Must be aware of Databases like SQL. Should be able to explore SQL Databases

Must have hands on experience on Instrumentation like: Flowmeters, Control Valves, Process Control, Transducers

Must be able to maintain PLC backups - knowledge of PLC upload/download functions

Must have hands on experience on any IOT based Projects deployed on industrial scale.
