🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Monitor merchant accounts to ensure smooth shipment processing
✅ Handle bookings, enquiries & shipment updates with top-notch customer service
✅ Communicate proactively with merchants about delays, issues, and resolutions
✅ Track and analyze courier performance against SLAs, highlighting strengths & weaknesses
✅ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports
✅ Collaborate with courier partners & internal teams to ensure service excellence
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a customer-first mindset
Analytical skills to monitor performance and share insights
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus
