🚀 We’re Hiring: Executive – Courier Excellence

 📍 Location: Islamabad

We’re looking for a Courier Excellence Executive to join our team and drive service excellence across multiple courier partners for our product, DigiDokan.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between courier partners, merchants, and internal teams, ensuring operational compliance, performance consistency, and customer satisfaction—all to deliver a seamless e-commerce experience.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

✅ Monitor courier partner performance against defined SLAs (delivery timelines, RTO rates, damages, service failures)

✅ Conduct regular reviews with courier partners & recommend corrective actions

✅ Act as the escalation point for shipment issues & disputes

✅ Collaborate with account managers to resolve merchant concerns quickly

✅ Identify recurring operational gaps & drive continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Generate & share performance dashboards with management

✅ Build strong working relationships with courier partners to align with business goals

💡 What We’re Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, or service excellence

- Strong communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset

- Background in e-commerce or last-mile delivery is a plus
