We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant 🚀
Exact Solution Electronics is looking for a sharp, well-organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team! This is a remote role with working hours from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PKT).

What you’ll do:
✅ Manage schedules, meetings, and daily operations for leadership
✅ Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and handle communications
✅ Act as a reliable bridge between executives and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
🔹 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or in a similar role
🔹 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
🔹 Strong communication and follow-up abilities
🔹 Tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional
🔹 Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
