Key Responsibilities:
Developing the production plans from sampling to Bulk.
Tracking and analyzing production key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
Coordinating with different departments to resolve bottlenecks and delays.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards.
Managing inventory of materials for the embroidery process.
