At CodeXpace, we’re building cutting-edge IT solutions and are now expanding our marketing team. We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketer & LinkedIn Expert who understands the IT industry inside-out — not someone with just generic call center or service-based experience.

🔑 What You’ll Do
• Build and manage targeted B2B email campaigns tailored for IT products/services.
• Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation: profile optimization, outreach strategy, and engagement with decision-makers.
• Research IT industry trends and craft campaigns that speak directly to CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders.
• Use data enrichment & prospecting tools to create accurate lead lists.
• Track performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging with IT market needs.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in Email Marketing (B2B, IT-focused).
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to analyze and apply IT industry trends in messaging.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar.
• Excellent copywriting & communication skills.
• Prior experience in IT, SaaS, or technology companies (not call centers/service outsourcing).

• Knowledge of ethical data scraping & enrichment tools.
• Understanding of compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• A/B testing and analytics-driven mindset.
