Position: Ecommerce Operations Executive
Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays)
Salary: Up to PKR 65,000 (subject to relevant experience and current remuneration)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in ecommerce operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily ecommerce operations and order processing
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Maintain product listings, inventory, and pricing updates
Handle returns, cancellations, and operational issues
Ensure smooth end-to-end fulfillment of online orders
Skills Required:
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel
