TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is hiring a meticulous Document Controller (POS) to manage the end-to-end documentation process for our POS terminal sales agreements. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client onboarding experience.
๐ Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
ย ๐ Shift Timing: 9:00 PM โ 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
ย ๐ Working Days: Monday โ Friday
ย ๐ฐ Salary Package: Market Competitive
ย ๐ Transportation: Available for Female Staff
๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
-Compile, review, and dispatch sales agreements and contracts.
-Maintain a secure, organized digital filing system for all client documents.
-Track contract status and follow up on pending client acknowledgments.
-Act as the point of contact for contract-related queries within the sales process.

-Prior experience in document control, sales administration, or contract management.
